Who hasn't dreamt of owning an Irish pub...IN IRELAND? Although this is currently a restaurant, the interior features of wood and stone have all the makings of a cozy local snug serving pints of Guinness and drams of whiskey. It's situated in a town along the Ring of Kerry as well as the Wild Atlantic Way, making it highly desirable as a tourist destination. The added bonus is there are TWO decently outfitted flats above the commercial space. One to rent out (MORE INCOME!) and one to crash in after nights of craic. Brilliant bargain, IMO.
