The property, also known as “Torre del Pan” is attached to the two existing turrets of the original Moorish castle walls and is shown within the town's museum as it used to be a Moorish bakery . On the ground-floor is a brand new, modern, fully licensed bar adhering to the latest European standards and ready to start earning money from the first day you own it. The bar consists of a large double entrance door with high tables and stools, fully fitted disabled toilets, a small fully equipped kitchen and the bar, complete with wine cooler, coffee machine, fridges, crockery, etc,..From the seating area, huge patio doors lead you gently out to the patio. The patio is enclosed within the original castle walls and one can imagine it on cool summer nights, with its delightful green leafy plants and flowers adorning the walls. The terrace is to the front of the property, from here the views are what sell so many houses here in Olvera. They are, its fair to say, stunning. It's hard to find such a beautiful setting. The uninterrupted sunsets are delightful from this side of the castle and can be enjoyed all year round. Not many bars in Andalusia could rival these views, the bar has already been a success being reviewed in trip advisor as the number one in Olvera and has a good mixture of locals and ex-pats alike it really is a little goldmine up there.
The penthouse studio apartment has its own front door to the side of the bar so you can be on hand at all times, with marble stairs leading up to the living space. The main focus is the windows all along the wall with the most breathtaking views in Andalusia. There is a small private terrace from which you can enjoy your own secret sunsets. It has a living room with sofabed, an open kitchen and a fully fitted bathroom to the left. With windows on every side you can enjoy the views from wherever you are in your little haven.
