The location is excellent, 10 minutes by foot to the beaches of Cova Redonda and Nossa Senhora da Rocha. Alporchinhos (the village to which the condominium belongs) has some restaurants and supermarket, and it’s near to Armação de Pêra and Porches (West Algarve - Barlavento - between Portimão and Albufeira). Near to highways (A22 and A2) and 40 minutes by car to Faro Airport.

For annual or long term rental preferably, but open to large seasonal rental also.

The price is 950€ a month, two deposits at entrance for damage cover. The value does not includes the following monthly expenses: water (around 20€), electricity (can vary depending on the consumption, between 60€ and 160€), alarm (38€), internet-tv (37€). Insurance, taxes and community monthly tax are all assumed by me.

No pets allowed.
